Assessment
Barangay hall area is clean with health facilities, but terrain poses challenges. Residents display warmth during interviews. The barangay supports education, addresses social issues, and provides healthcare and youth support. Despite a sustainable financial status, residents express concerns about a missing bridge and clean water.Past programs for seniors and an internet shop existed. May 2023 featured events like PNP Lecture and Road Clearing. Upcoming projects target various issues, with a pending program for cleaning the "center island." A current issue is the deficiency of a public toilet, as highlighted by the barangay captain.

Intervention
Based from the assessment of the Intellectual Committee, the information that they gathered allowed the creation of the interventions for this social work program. One of the interventions was a program designed for bringing amusement to the children. The Program Committee prepared Filipino games for the kids to participate in. Another was a donation drive, to lend a helping hand through distributing in-kind gift, such as school supplies, used clothes, and food. Not only will the donations benefit the children, but as well as the adults.

Evaluation
The event ended with a success. A positive effect was delivered through the kids' eager participation, as shown from the smiles on their faces as they spent time with their friends, as well as from the positive reactions they gave towards the prizes that they were given. The adults who lined up for the event were also pleased. Regardless of the fact that the donations they have received would only last temporarily, even for short a while, the parents will be at ease with their expenses through the assistance given to them. Overall, the social work's anticipated goals were met, as the students of 12HUMSS2201 fulfilled their jobs successfully.

Termination
The overall program was ended with the honors of Mr. Rian Jay P. Dimaano, who shared his wonderful insights for the closing remarks of the social work, and was wrapped up with a picture-taking session with the residents of Barangay Sampaloc 1 who participated in the program Class 12HUMSS2201.Overall, the program would not be accomplished and carried out smoothly without the help of the following: (1) Committees; (2) Barangay Sampaloc I Barangay Officials; (3) Kids and parents who actively participated; (4) Hon.
Melencio B. Likot Jr., the barangay captain; (5) to Mr. Rian Jay P. Dimaano and Mr. Lord Mc Will R. Perucho; and (6) most especially to Mr. Kenneth M. Cuyom.
